By downloading, installing, or using Ghost Shift Labs applications and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our apps.

Use License

Ghost Shift Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our applications for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

• Modify, copy, or distribute our apps
• Use our apps for any unlawful purpose
• Reverse engineer or decompile our apps
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

App Descriptions and Accuracy

We strive to provide accurate descriptions of our apps' functionality. However, we do not warrant that app descriptions or functionality are always accurate, complete, or error-free.

User Responsibilities

You agree to use our apps in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for:

• Ensuring you have the necessary permissions to use our apps

User Content

Third-Party Services and Ads

Our free apps may display advertisements served by third parties (including Google AdMob). These third parties may collect information about your browsing habits. Ghost Shift Labs is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party advertisers.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our apps are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Ghost Shift Labs disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

Ghost Shift Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use our apps. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid (if any) for our apps.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ghost Shift Labs from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of our apps or violation of these Terms of Service.
